Level-Up Your Micro Fight Rig
Spiritus Systems Thing 1 – MultiCam
The Spiritus Systems Thing 1 is a streamlined expansion chassis designed to bridge the gap between the core Micro Fight setup and full-size loadout solutions like the Thing 2. It’s the ideal upgrade for end users looking to increase their gear capacity without bulking out their front real estate.
Built with two integrated side pouches, the Thing 1 can stash most radios, two 30-round 5.56 mags, or similarly sized mission essentials. This setup gives you better structure, more room, and a tighter profile than legacy expander wings—without sacrificing the minimalist feel.
It includes materials for both shock cord loop closures and Velcro flaps, so you can tailor each pocket’s retention to fit your gear. External MOLLE columns and pass-through loops open up even more options, whether you’re adding a pouch or stashing gloves and a tourniquet.
Why We Love It
The Thing 1 is your minimalist expansion solution. It adds structure, modularity, and just the right amount of carry capacity—without jumping into full-blown rig territory. Ideal for radio carriers, fast movers, or anyone who’s ready to graduate from barebones chest rigs but doesn’t want the bulk of a full panel.
